Dreaming the Visible

“An image is not an end, but a path toward the invisible.”

This painting lies at the intersection of figuration and poetic expression. The artist approaches the world not as a fixed reality to reproduce, but as a space to be imagined, felt, and revealed.

Drawing on classical subjects — landscapes, portraits, still lifes — each work becomes a sensitive interpretation, a transition between what is visible and what is only suggested. Forms gradually emerge through color, texture, and gesture.

The technique, free and intuitive, combines layering, scraping, splattering, and brushing. Each mark is a step in the process, a pictorial language guided by emotion.

This open and suggestive visual language invites the viewer to project their own perception. The works remain deliberately open to interpretation, allowing each person to see something different.

Beyond the vibration of colors and the poetry of forms, this painting offers a contemplative view of existence. It questions being, the passage of time, and the fragility of the world — echoes of an inner search where dreaming becomes another way of understanding reality
